Frequently asked questions

How do I track a drill? Open the app, pick one or more drills from the Library, and tap Begin. After each shot, tap Potted or Missed. When the drill finishes, the app shows your score and whether you passed.

Can I add my own drills? Yes. In the Library, use the + button to create a custom drill with your own name and instructions. Your custom drills live alongside the 12 built-in ones.

Where is my data stored? Is it backed up? All of your drills, sessions, and stats are stored locally on your device. The app has no accounts and no servers. If you have iCloud device backup enabled in iOS Settings, your app data is included in your normal device backup under Apple’s terms.

I deleted the app — can I get my data back? Deleting the app removes its local data from your device. Unless it was captured in an iCloud or computer backup, it cannot be recovered. There is no cloud copy on our end.

Does the app cost anything? No. Pool Drill Tracker is free to download and free to use. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.

Is my information private? Yes. The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
